ステーキと合わせて飲んだが、渋みが協調されている分、少々たたかっている感はあった。薄味系の食事に合わせるのもいいかもしれない。クランベリーのような味も合わさっており、シェリー系のベリー感もある。

I drank it together with the steak, but it felt a little harsh because the astringency was coordinated. It may be good to match it with light-flavoured meals. The taste like cranberry is also combined, and there is also a sherry-type berry feeling.
