辛口な口当たり。単品でというよりは、和食にあうのではないかと思う。
一本調子で辛味があったように感じる。
this taste was dry. I think that this is suitable for japanese food better than other food.
からだを想う オールフリーノンアルコールビール
けっこう炭酸感が強く、爽快感はあって良い。ビールのホップ感も案外ある。
ノンアルコールなので、昼からでも、ごくごくいける。
It has quite a strong carbonation and a refreshing feeling. The beer also has a surprising hop feel.
It's non-alcoholic, so you can enjoy it even during the day.
福和蔵
三重の観光スポットVISONにある酒蔵。
純米大吟醸はパイナップルのような甘味という謳い文句通り、まさにパイナップルの甘味が感じられた。久しぶりにここまで甘いに極ぶりしたものを味わった。
あずきバーでおなじみの井村屋がやっているということで、甘いものが好きなんだろう。
それ以外は、キュッとした日本酒らしいキレがあり、純米大吟醸の甘振れがただただ印象的であった。

I ordered a drinking comparison set that included Junmai Sake, Junmai Daiginjo Sake, etc.
The Junmai Daiginjo was said to have a pineapple-like sweetness, and it tasted exactly like pineapple. It's been a long time since I tasted something so sweet.
It's run by Imuraya, the well-known azuki bar, so I guess they like sweets.
Other than that, it had the sharpness of a Japanese sake, and the sweetness of the Junmai Daiginjo was simply impressive.
